Accommodation information:

You enter 'Het Klompje through your own entrance where you enter the hall with a separate toilet and a nicely tiled bathroom with shower and lavatory. Through the hall you can exit the backdoor to the shed where you can store your bike(s) and/or surf-equipment.

From the shed you enter the shared garden (500mē) with your private terrace. This terrace, 4 relaxing chairs, a table with sunscreen and a BBQ has a beautiful view over the acres at the south side of Oud-Sabbinge.

In the hall you will find the stairs to the first floor, where you will find the bedroom with a double bed (140x200) Cupboards are present as well. The room is overlooking the garden. Next to the bedroom you can find the cosy living room and open kitchen. In this living room you have cable TV and a stereo CD player.

The house is equipped with a Central heating which also makes it worth to visit 'Het Klompje'during the winter season.

The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child up to 3 years of age off change. We are looking forward to welcome you at our Klompje !!
